- If the fault we repaired returns, and it returns because of how the repair was carried out, we come back and put it right at no charge. No second diagnostic fee, no travel charge.
- 365 days on parts
- Every component we fit is covered for a full year against failure of the part itself. Genuine OEM parts only — we do not fit aftermarket substitutes into built-in equipment, because the tolerances and the control logic are not interchangeable.
- The written estimate holds
- The figure you approve is the figure you pay. If we open a unit and find a second fault behind the first, work stops and you get a revised estimate before anything further is done.
These exclusions are the ones this climate actually produces. We would rather you read them now than discover them in September.
- A different fault on the same appliance
- A dishwasher whose drain pump we replaced in March and whose door latch fails in June has had two separate failures. The second one is a new job at the normal diagnostic fee.
- Maintenance the appliance needs to keep working
- Cleaning a condenser fin stack, clearing a plinth grille, changing a water filter and running the cleaning cycle a machine prompts for are maintenance, not warranty repairs. Where a fault came back because the maintenance interval was not kept, the return visit is a normal booking.
- Storm and surge damage after the repair
- A control board we fitted in May that dies in a September restoration was killed by the grid, not by the part. 68 thunderstorm days a year is a real exposure and no repair warranty in this market covers it — the storm guides explain how to keep it from happening.
- Corrosion on coastal installations
- Salt-air pitting on condenser fins, hinges and stainless is an environmental process on a timeline of years. We can slow it with a maintenance interval; we cannot warrant against the coast.
- Anything opened by someone else afterwards
- If another party works on the appliance after us, our labor warranty on that repair ends. Parts remain covered against manufacturing failure for the balance of the term.

Making a warranty claim
Call and say it is a warranty return. Have the invoice date and the model number to hand. We schedule warranty returns ahead of new bookings, because a repair that did not hold is our problem to fix and not something you should wait a week for.
$129 flat diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair when you approve the work.
