Why the area on the booking matters

A built-in appliance is fitted into a hole, wired to a circuit and, often, plumbed. All three of those are decided by the house rather than by the manufacturer, and they vary sharply across this map: a 2000s kitchen in St. Johns County was designed around the appliance, while a kitchen in Riverside, Avondale, Ortega, San Marco was not, and the appliance has been retrofitted into an opening that predates it by decades.

That is why we ask for the address and the model and serial number before the visit rather than after. Knowing the area tells us which failures are likely, which parts are worth carrying, and whether the honest answer at the end of the diagnostic is a repair, a replacement or a piece of cabinet work that has to happen first.
