What this website stores
Nothing. The site is a set of static files. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage, runs no analytics or advertising script, and loads no resource from any other domain — the typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font network. No profile of you is built, because there is no mechanism here capable of building one.
Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, which record the IP address, the request and the time in the normal course of delivering a page. Those logs belong to the host, are retained on their schedule and are not used by us for marketing.
What we collect when you contact us
If you telephone us, we keep what you tell us and nothing more: name, contact details, service address, the appliance, and the fault and any model or serial number you read to us. That information exists to schedule and carry out the repair, to order parts against it, to issue an invoice, and to honour the warranty afterwards.
We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to a data broker. It is shared only with a parts supplier where an order requires a model and serial number, and with a payment processor to take payment. We keep job records for as long as a warranty claim or a tax obligation could reasonably arise, and then dispose of them.
Marketing
We do not run a mailing list and we do not send promotional messages. If we contact you after a job it is about that job. Telephone numbers are used to reach you about the appointment.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where no warranty or accounting obligation requires us to keep it. Ask by telephone on (904) 604-7755 and we will deal with it directly — there is no portal and no form, and there does not need to be.
Children
This site is aimed at homeowners arranging appliance repair. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this site ever adds analytics, a booking form or an embedded third-party component, this page will be updated in the same change and the date at the top will move. It is currently accurate as of August 2026.
